PMI Elite was created from a simple belief: property owners, homeowners, buyers, sellers, residents, investors and HOA communities deserve better representation, better communication and more complete real estate solutions.
For owners Rene and April Enriquez, that belief comes from personal experience.
Over the years, we have experienced real estate from many sides of the table. We have been tenants. We have been landlords and real estate investors. We have owned homes and participated in HOA communities. We have seen firsthand the frustrations that can occur when communication breaks down, when people are passed from one company to another, or when the professionals involved understand only one piece of the real estate puzzle.
Those experiences helped shape the vision for PMI Elite.
We did not want to create just another real estate brokerage or another property management company. We wanted to create a local real estate resource capable of looking at a property, investment or community from multiple perspectives and helping our clients understand the options available to them.

Rene Enriquez, Broker and Owner, brings more than two decades of professional sales, marketing, negotiation and client-service experience to PMI Elite. Before and throughout his real estate career, Rene worked with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to locally owned businesses, helping generate millions of dollars in annual sales. During his real estate career, Rene has earned recognition ranging from Rookie of the Year and Diamond-level production awards to being recognized among leading real estate professionals in the Santa Clarita Valley. But the part that matters most is the people behind every transaction: the family buying its first home, the homeowner deciding whether to sell or rent, the investor improving a rental property's performance, the landlord overwhelmed by maintenance or resident issues.
